After working hard on our Farm Safety Day project — and winning the national prize for Best Class in the Country — it was finally time to enjoy our well‑earned reward. Our first stop was Ballymote, where we settled into the beautiful Art Deco theatre to watch Wonka. Afterwards, we made the most of the sunshine with a fun‑filled visit to the playground.
We rounded off the day back in Riverstown with a delicious hot lunch in the Folk Park. A fantastic day was had by all, and a wonderful way to celebrate our achievement!
