Third and Fourth Class took part in the STEPS Engineers Ireland project, exploring how real‑world engineering can solve everyday problems. The children worked in groups to design and create their own innovative projects, ranging from safer tractor‑lane systems to clever recycling solutions and even robots designed to help clean water. Each group presented their ideas to the class, explaining the problem they identified and how their design could help. It was a fantastic opportunity for the pupils to think like engineers and showcase their creativity.
