To celebrate World Book Day, we had a lovely visit from the children in 5th and 6th class. They shared the wonderful books they had written and illustrated themselves with the boys and girls in First and Second Class.
Each book was complete with colourful illustrations and creative book covers. The older pupils read their stories aloud, bringing their characters and adventures to life for the younger children.
The boys and girls in First and Second Class really enjoyed listening to the stories and looking at the fantastic pictures. It was a special opportunity to celebrate reading, storytelling and creativity together.
